	Set default values of m, b, c etc.
	Parse command-line options (-m, -b etc.) and assign new values to m, b, c etc.
	Create and move to subdirectory
	Write input file for the simulator
	Run simulator
	Write Gnuplot commands in a file
	Run Gnuplot
