What is BESTweb?

BESTweb is part of the BEST project (BEST = Better Estimation of Software development Tasks). The BEST project's home page (www.simula.no/~simula/se/bestweb/) describes the project, the project members and some of the results. The project leader of the BEST project is Magne Jørgensen at Simula Research Laboratory.

The main goal of the BESTweb is to support the research on software cost and effort estimation through the identification relevant journal and conference papers. All JOURNAL PAPERS on software cost and effort estimation have been classified according to research topic, estimation approach, research approach, study context and data set. To simplify the access to the estimation papers the Software Engineering group at Simula developed this web system. For access to the BESTweb contact Magne Jørgensen at magne.jorgensen@simula.no.
